We have planned an exciting week, full of discovery and inspiration, fun and relaxation. You will explore a new environment, share ideas and new experiences, make new friends, and unleash your creative energy. Photography is a universal language and

the camera will become your passport into

different worlds and new insights.

Welcome to Gascony, Midi-Pyrenees,

and The Gers!

I have been photographing this area of southwestern France since 1998 and want to introduce you to its many visual charms and gastronomic delights. This lightly populated and relatively untouristed region is renowned for its "sweetness of life," providing a relaxed setting for our photographic expedition

into a diffierent culture.

A typical day might comprise:

Early light 6:00 - 8:00 AM

Breakfast 8:00-9:00 AM

Out and about 9:00 AM -12:30 PM

Lunch 12:30-2:00 (local cafes, picnics)

Editing/ Relax/Swim/Unwind 2:00-6:00 PM

Drinks/reviews and critique 6:00-8/8:30 PM

Dinner 8:30 PM ----

Our small group of six will allow for

a flexible schedule. We'll stay up

late one night to shoot the Festival

Tempo Latino in nearby Vic-Fezensac.

You will also learn how to edit your own photos to create a coffee table book that will be a special souvenir of your week in The Gers.
